In the Ribbon Workbench 2016 if you receive the error '
associated with this process is not activated.' when you publish, it means that there was an issue during installation that meant that the Ribbon Workbench action did not get activated automatically. This could be a permissions issue or you may have unchecked the 'Enable any SDK message processing steps included in the solution' during import. Ensure that this checkbox remains checked.
1. In Dynamics CRM/365 navigate to Settings->Processes
2. Locate the Process named 'CustomiseRibbon' by performing a search
3. Select the process and click 'Activate' (green arrow icon)
